Job Description: 

As an HR Specialist - Data & Compliance here's the work you'll do:

This role is responsible for conducting regular reporting to support data integrity and compliance in accordance with guidelines established by Legal, Human Resources, and the Business Units. It performs ongoing audits, prepares reports, and drives follow-up actions, partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Business Unit leaders to identify and resolve data discrepancies. It ensures audits are completed accurately, consistently, and on schedule, demonstrating strong time management and accountability for deadlines. In addition, the role supports HR Operations and the HR service delivery team by managing ad hoc reporting and analysis requests, conducting time entry audits, and coordinating necessary follow-up actions.

 

This role is in office at our Philadelphia location.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts regular data audits, reporting, and data reviews to support, improve, and maintain data integrity and compliance. Identifies trends, risks, and issues, and ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken. 40%
  • Partners with appropriate points of contact (POCs) to research, resolve, and correct data issues. Escalates concerns as needed and performs follow-up to ensure all required actions are completed accurately and on time. 20%
  • Manages reporting calendars and deliverables, ensuring reporting schedules are maintained and deadlines are met. Takes accountability for tracking progress and ensuring timely completion. 15%
  • Provides HR data management support by partnering across teams, including Business Units, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners. Assists end-users with report requests and data inquiries as needed. 15%
  • Conducts assigned time entry audits, including follow-up with employees and managers to ensure time is entered and approved by payroll deadlines. Supports basic scripting or mass data load tasks as required. 10%

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Strong functional expertise in SAP HR sub-modules Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and ESS/MSS. Knowledge of 3rd party systems integration with SAP is helpful for this role.
  • Knowledge of HR policy, processes, and procedures
  • Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills; customer-service focused
  • Effective problem solving skills, a quality and customer focus, strong attention to detail and minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in SAP and Issue/Case Management Applications. Proven ability to work with a variety of systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • 2+ years professional experience Required
  • experience in an analytical, HR operations, or data support role Preferred

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $52,160 - $78,240. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements)
