Job Summary
We’re looking for a full-time, staff ERP Analyst 3 to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Philadelphia, PA. The ERP Analyst 3 is responsible for FI/CO configuration and reporting in Day & Zimmermann's SAP R/3 systems. The Analyst works closely with end users and ERP Configuration Manager to answer and resolve support calls and queries from business users. The Analyst responsibilities include handling end user issues and testing, and configuring of SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
As the ERP Analyst 3, here’s the work you’ll do:
- Perform necessary configuration/development changes to meet changing business needs and local/federal laws in the Financial Accounting and Controlling Modules of DZI's SAP System.
- Identify and design requirements, system development, testing, training and support.
- Provide solutions to all the Finance and Controlling related support calls /queries from business users as a level 3 support.
- Verify the data integrity by working closely with key users to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of the key figures on the Operational P&L and Consolidation statements.
- Responsible for executing the integration activities across the various project teams.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- Strong Knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration, integration, training, testing and implementation.
- Working Knowledge of US and International GAAP. Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 & S/4HANA Finance/Simple Finance.
- Experience in the following SAP areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Special Purpose Ledger, Consolidation, Cost Cetner Accounting, Profit center Accounting, Product Costing and Internal Orders.
- Integration experience in the following areas of SAP: Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Project Systems, HR and Payroll.
- Strong reporting skills including Report Painter/ Report Writer/ ABAP Query. Proficient in the user of eCAT or related tools to load data into SAP.
- Possess a strong customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, results-orientation, and business analysis skills.
And if you have these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting/Finance, Materials Management, or related field required
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- 10+ years of SAP experience.
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of background screening process.

Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $116,080 - $188,630. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
