Position Description

We’re looking for a part-time Data & Records Administrator to join our Day & Zimmermann team. This position administers MC's training process including recording training course requirements and completions, maintaining the training databases to include PADs, NANTeL, EPRI, and TempHelp archives, and generating training reports. Additionally, the Data & Records Administrator maintains oversight of the learning management system user count and accessibility.

As the Data & Records Administrator, here’s the work you’ll do:

  • Administer Maintenance and Construction's data and records process. This includes creating and editing training courses in the training database(s), tracking training completions, and inputting training data.
  • Maintain organization and filing of training completions and qualification data, serving as DZMC's point of contact for training records.
  • Supports the organization by coordinating with records management systems, running records reports and providing these reports to internal customers as needed.
  • Ensuring data and record management compliance for all applicable programmatic standards, industry expectations, and customer requirements.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Regularly exercises initiative and independent judgment and discretion in the performance of duties.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word. SAP and Document Locator experience also beneficial.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally at all levels with others using interpersonal skills.
  • Requires a high degree of organization.
  • Requires a high level of attention to detail.

And if you have these qualifications:

  • Associate degree or relevant work experience.
  • One (1) year experience working with records or similar documentation in an administrative or equivalent capacity.  Associate or higher college degree can be substituted for work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to obtain secret clearance.
  • Great attitude and team player. 
  • Successful completion of background screening process.

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $49,680.00 - $74,520.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
