We're looking for a full time, Master Production Planner.
Position Summary:
As the Master Production Planner, here’s the work you’ll do:
• Develop material supply plan and Lot Forecasts to support the Master Production Schedule requirements and maintain acceptable inventory levels for all Kansas Product Lines.
• Submit periodic government reports for production schedules, material consumption, lot planning and finish goods testing and working with Program Management to provide status of product line delivery performance.
• Maintain a transparent process of communication with Supply Chain that identifies and corrects potential shortages of materials.
• Process daily production records so order and inventory records are kept current.
• Lead Production Planning meetings to ensure alignment with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality and Maintenance for smooth execution of the Production Schedule.
• Enter Purchase Requisitions for materials and supplies to support production.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
• Thorough knowledge of SAP software
• Training and experience in production planning and forecasting.
• Skilled at tracking and following issues until they are resolved.
And if you have these qualifications:
• High School and some training in production control concepts.
• 5 years in scheduling or procurement
• APICS preferred
• Successful completion of background screening process.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $76,640 - $ 114,460. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
