About You

You’re an experienced HR leader with at least 8 years of experience, including a strong background in labor relations, organizational development, and HR operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills to the table. Most importantly, you know how to partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that drive meaningful results.

  • Leadership: A proven track record of advising, coaching, and guiding leaders through complex workforce challenges.
  • Collaboration: The ability to build trust across teams, unions, and leadership, ensuring consistent, fair, and transparent processes.
  • Expertise: Solid experience with FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and labor relations in a unionized environment.
  • Innovation: A mindset that embraces change and proactively identifies opportunities to improve HR systems and processes.

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $84,480 -$126,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
