Are you the person who knows where everything is, where it needs to go, and how to keep it all organized? American Ordnance is looking for a Property Specialist who can bring organization, accountability, and hands-on coordination to property and fleet operations across the plant. You’ll help manage GSA fleet activities, maintain accurate government and company equipment records, coordinate reporting and inventories, oversee storage areas, assist with excess property, and keep plant-wide moves on track. If you have experience with large vehicles or tractors, enjoy juggling multiple priorities, and take pride in keeping operations organized behind the scenes, this is an opportunity to put those skills to work while supporting a mission that matters. You’ll have a purpose here. 

As the Equipment Inventory Specialist here's the work you'll do:

  • Completes all receiving reports and ensures accuracy of all equipment records plant wide.
  • Evaluates / Tracks & reports all GSA activities to include annual replacement duties. 
  • Gathers data and compiles all required reporting actions for equipment 20%
  • Keeps storage warehouses clean, organized and completes an annual inventory of each building. 
  • Reviews all excess equipments for retention / excessing. 
  • Coordinates furniture moves plant-wide 

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Must posess a thorough knowledge of large vehicles / tractors for GSA management.
  • Ability to speak effectively to external customers or employees of the company.
  • Must be able to handle multiple duties simultaneosly.
  • Can work independlenty but also in team environment.
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence, Read and interpt documents such as Procedures, manuals and drawings.

And if you have these qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • 2+ years related experience Required
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process is mandated for all candidates.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $61,680 - $92,520 annually. Please note that this range is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer amounts may vary based on experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
