Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a standardized Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) process across all manufacturing sites to align demand, capacity, materials, and execution. Drive schedule discipline, planning governance, and corrective actions to improve production stability and operational performance. Expected results include improved schedule adherence, reduced expedite activity, and more predictable manufacturing execution. 25%
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption and optimization of SAP MRP as the standard planning platform and way of working. Ensure planning parameters, master data, and transaction discipline support accurate and reliable system outputs. Expected results include improved planning accuracy, stronger data integrity, and increased operational efficiency. 20%
- Develop inventory and materials planning strategies that ensure material readiness while balancing service levels, working capital, and operational risk. Lead efforts to eliminate material shortages and production downtime caused by planning or execution gaps. Expected results include improved inventory turns, reduced downtime, and stronger supply continuity. 20%
- Partner with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Program Management, and Finance to align supply plans, production schedules, and operational priorities. Establish clear operating rhythms and accountability across functions to support executable production plans. Expected results include improved coordination, faster issue resolution, and more reliable delivery performance. 15%
- Establish and lead a centralized Materials and Planning Center of Excellence supporting all manufacturing sites through standardized processes, metrics, and governance. Develop organizational capability through training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. Expected results include stronger planning capability, standardized practices, and improved organizational effectiveness. 10%
- Drive a culture of accountability, planning discipline, and continuous improvement through structured performance management and data-driven decision-making. Own key operational metrics and lead corrective actions to improve business performance. Expected results include sustained operational improvements, stronger adoption of standard processes, and increased organizational accountability. 10%
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Proven track leading MRP/SAP Planning transformation
- Strong understanding of MRP/SAP system
- Experience working in complex multisite enviroment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business Required
- Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Business Preferred
- 12+ years Production Material and Planning experience Required

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $184,863 - $277,295. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
