Your Role as an Extruder Technician:

  • Operate and oversee the extruder process, utilizing computerized SPC systems and making quality adjustments to maintain product standards

  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance

  • Conduct visual inspections of incoming C4 material, document batch quality, and support production needs

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions

  • High attention to detail to maintain product quality and safety

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of production experience or material movement preferred

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass a physical exam, drug screening, and background check

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $47,040 - $70,560

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
