Are you someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping everything exactly where it should be? As our Property Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of equipment records across the entire plant. From tracking assets and managing detailed records to generating reports and keeping operations stocked and running smoothly, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things property-related. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with systems like SAP, and bringing order to fast-paced environments. As the Property Specialist, here's the work you'll do:

  • Enters all adjustments to the accountable records system and ensures accuracy of all equipment records plant wide. This includes generating property tags and validating DPAS 2D barcodes. 
  • Maintains equipment files to include source documents/ work requests / modifications, shipments etc. 
  • Collects data and prepares reports of property as needed. 
  • Manages and orders office supplies of all material departments. 
  • Gathers / sorts / tracks all gas fuel tickets and completes mileage in GSA drive through. 

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Multi-tasking and organization is a must
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, and to use sound judgment in making work decisions
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.

And these qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • 2+ years related experience Required
  • Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process is mandated for all candidates.
  • Candidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties, as part of the selection process.

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $42,560 - $63,840 annually. Please note that this range is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer amounts may vary based on experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
