Specialist, Equipment Inventory

As the Specialist, Equipment Inventory here's the work you'll do:

• Completes all receiving reports  and ensures accuracy of all equipment records plant wide.
• Evaluates / Tracks & reports all GSA activities to include annual replacement duties.
• Gathers data and compiles all required reporting actions for equipment.
• Keeps storage warehouses clean, organized and completes an annual inventory of each building.
• Reviews all excess equipments for retention / excessing.
• Coordinates furniture moves plant-wide.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

• Must posses a thorough knowledge of large vehicles / tractors for GSA management.
• Ability to speak effectively to external customers or employees of the company.
• Must be able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Can work independently but also in team environment.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence, Read and interpret documents such as Procedures, manuals and drawings.

And these qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years related experience.
• Ability to obtain CPPS Certified Professional Property Specialist through the NPMA.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of all microsoft office software required. SAP application knowledge preferred.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $41,760- $62,640 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
