As the Material Records Coordinator II, here's the work you'll do:
- Manifest receipts, receive material into records, GFM, CFM,and AO materials. Including all purchase order material on PO's. Maintain files accurately on all manifests and also receiving reports.
- Maintain changes to the material records as required. Changes may include location changes, condition code changes and grid changes.
- Generates part, lot and WBS changes as requested from the planners and material managers.
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheet files and/or database for material departments.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports as required for AO, third party and Govt material.
- Efficient at processing transfers, reservations , FPM's, plus be able to run, input and balance inventory system.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- As necessary, communicate with other departments in the resolution of inventory variances, receive incoming material, paperwork , certification material and effectively convey additional info as required when needed with internal departments to properly document material received from outside sources. Verify checkers data for input into SAP.
- Competency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software programs as needed.
- Utilize independent judgement and obtain knowledge of related operations within the department. Also submit weekly accurate reports direct to customers as needed.
- Simple math of all unit of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute data and enter into chart form.
- Handle multiple duties simultaneously. Carry out instructions furnished in written and oral with ease. Location, grid and part changes as needed upon discovery and documentation for inventory accuracy.
And these qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required.
- 2 years experience in office/clerical experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge in all Microsoft Office software required and SAP preferred or equivilant programs.
- Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant.
- A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.
- Successful completion of a background screening process is mandated for all candidates.
Candidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties, as part of the selection process.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $36,560 - $54,840 annually. Please note that this range is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer amounts may vary based on experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
