Market Research Analyst

The Market Research Analyst will be a key member Yoh Specialty Practices and will be responsible for sourcing and researching candidates and client market intelligence.  The Analyst will aglign closely with the Director and team to accelerate business performance through detailed mapping to drive business growth at the branch level through tactical and strategic support. 

As the Market Research Analyst, here’s the work you’ll do:

  • Support the sourcing / mapping process by conducting sourcing / mapping at the branch level
  • Leveraging tools and data to accelerate the Specialty Practices Group business by shortening candidate and client prospecting time.  Providing market research and analysis using tools like LinkedIN, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Partner with the Director and Specialty Practices Group managers to understand specific business projects.  Develop specific industry knowledge as well as knowledge of specific skillsets.  
  • Actively participate in industry / function - specific organizations / associations / forums to facilitate advanced industry specialization for candidate and client prospecting and informing strategic industry specific initiatives and practices.  


This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, organization, time management, customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language.
  • Experience supporting sales and recruiting operations with targeted research, in the staffing industry, required.
  • Proven ability to learn multiple industries, technologies and skill sets quickly.  Experience developing competitor research preferred.
  • Experience using CRM and ATS databases, as well as Advanced Boolean skills required. Salesforce, Bullhorn, Strong technical, sourcing aptitude using tools like LinkedIn, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc. preferred.


And if you have these qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-4 years experience doing research related field or candidate / prospect research and market intelligence. Also sales enablement
  • Preferred Stem experience and prior experience in the staffing industry
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process



In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $65,520 - $98,280. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
