Keeping Operations Running Like Clockwork

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’re the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps mechanical operations smooth, efficient, and on track. From managing preventative maintenance schedules and tracking project costs to maintaining critical records and supporting reporting, you help ensure everything runs without a hitch. This role blends organization, problem-solving, and teamwork; perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities while keeping a sharp eye on details, budgets, and processes that power daily operations. 

As the Maintenance Coordinator, here's the work you'll do:

  • Prepares charts, responsible for cost-collecting programs, Contractual Record Retention, cost estimates as requested by other departments/divisions.
  • Create new PM's and make changes to existing PM's as requested by management. Responsible for the preparation of required reports and assures that appropriate supporting documentation is maintained. 
  • Monitor project cost by allocated budget and cost center. 
  • Creates and monitors employee expense reimbursments for travel and required safety PPE.
  • Responsible for maintaining contractual records filing and retention. 

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Proficienacy with Access, Excel, Outlook, and other software programs is needed.

And these qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required.
  • Associate’s Degree (AA) in office systems or business Preferred.
  • 1+ years experience in an office setting, preferrably in mechanical operations Required.
  • Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process is mandated for all candidates.

    In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $36,560 - $54,840 annually. Please note that this range is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer amounts may vary based on experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
