We're looking for an Office Manager, to join our Government Services team!

The Office Manager oversees day-to-day operations for the Melbourne, FL office and provides administrative and project coordination support to the National Intelligence Division and the Technology & Cyber Operations team. The role ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment through facilities/vendor coordination, visitor management, onboarding support, procurement/expenses, and basic schedule/budget tracking for division initiatives.

This work requires a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.  This role will mostly be in office, with some flexibility for remote work at times.

As the Office Manager, here’s the work you’ll do:

• Own daily office operations including mail/shipments, reception/visitor control, office safety and housekeeping coordination, and supply/inventory management.
• Coordinate work orders, repairs, cleaning, and vendor services; track service levels and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Provide junior project management support (scheduling, task tracking, meeting logistics, basic budget tracking); serve as liaison among staff, leadership, and external partners for action follow-ups.
• Prepare/submit expense reports; create and track purchase requests and receipts; maintain simple logs and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks (badging, workstation readiness, I-9/HR task routing), training logistics, and employee engagement activities.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Vendor and facilities coordination; basic contract/service order literacy.
• Project coordination fundamentals.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional customer service and reception etiquette.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365.

And if you have these qualifications:

• High School Diploma; Preferred: AA/AS in Business, Administration, or related field.10+ years experience
• 5+ years of office administration/office management experience, including vendor coordination and scheduling; 1–2 years supporting project coordination preferred
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret clearance (current Secret preferred).

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $57,360 - $86,040. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
