We’re looking for a full-time, Jr. BIM Coordinator to join our Mason & Hanger team

As the Jr. BIM coordinator, here’s the work you’ll do:

  • Primarily responsible for supporting building information modeling (BIM) documentation and projects as an entry level member of a production support team.
  • Communicates with clients internally and externally for problem solving, data gathering or related topics and monitors project delivery to ensure compliance with the agreed upon strategy, standards and processes.
  • Assists Project Managers by assembling project documentation for outgoing submittals by working with all building and infrastructure disciplines.
  • Participates in the project-based BIM strategy call and kick-off meetings for projects and ensures the BIM models adhere to all internal and client specific goals and standards.
  • Assists with the application of BIM technologies at the project level.
  • Assist with clash detection reports and related meetings with design team.
  • Answer user inquiries regarding Revit, AutoCAD, and other design related applications to resolve problems.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Working technical knowledge of Revit required. AutoCAD experience helpful.
  • Knowledge of setting up Revit models for discipline collaboration is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues/problems with Autodesk Applications and assist technical staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to positively engage employees and clients at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the following applications/ functions is helpful, but not required: Bentley BIM/CAD applications, Revizio, Clarity, Laser Scanning and Virtual Reality

And if you have these qualifications:

  • Working technical knowledge of Revit required. AutoCAD experience helpful.

  • And if you have these qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, BIM, or related field preferred.
  • 3 or more months of relative experience preferred.
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening process.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $42,880 - $64,320. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
