Position Description

We are looking for a full-time staff, Recruiter to join our Day & Zimmermann team.

 

This position works closely with D&Z Site Operations to meet Field Non-Manual hiring objectives. The Recruiter performs all staffing and recruiting responsibilities including extending offers, posting positions, sourcing for talent, reviewing/clearing candidates, conducting prescreens, gathering feedback, and completing candidate post-offer/pre-employment activities. The Recruiter is responsible to ensure no project or outage is delayed due to lack of staff at the sites they support.

As the Recruiter, here’s the work you’ll do:

• Executes full life-cycle recruitment for all Field Non-Manual hires for open positions at D&Z client sites by reviewing resumes, conducting prescreens, and submission of resumes/candidates for approval. Fills various positions with awareness of client deadlines and required skillsets. Responsible for following all policies, guidelines, and contract terms to meet customer specific demands

• Works directly with internal customer base to understand staffing needs. Contacts targeted candidates to confirm assignment details, rates, dates, hire type and availability. Generates offer letters and initiates approval process. Ensures candidates receive and sign offer details. Keep accurate documentation in Bullhorn of all candidate interactions, files, and maintain up-to-date candidate profiles

• Maintains knowledge of client contract terms and operates within those guidelines. Confirms all hires are approved by both Internal Customer and by the Client and maintains that documentation. Escalates any exceptions to contract terms through appropriate approval process and maintains that documentation

• Communicates/collaborates with peers by sharing available candidate information and providing accurate, thorough documentation in the Bullhorn database. Maintains current and updated client site details in the Bullhorn database to ensure all team members have accurate information to support that client site if needed

• Communicates hiring information to Recruiting Coordinator to initiate the Onboarding and Background Screening process when applicable. Communicates with Hiring Manager on status of new hire acceptance and start date to ensure timely ordering of equipment and successful first day

• Maintains ongoing relationship with candidates including: providing feedback from hiring manager and resolving problems during the recruiting process/job duration. Continues communication with candidates during and after assignments to maintain active pipeline of candidates ready to work

This role is for you if you have these skills:

• Experienced in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office. Ability to type with accuracy and ease

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Develop key relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Strong customer service skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

• Ability to maintain current and accurate documentation in a recruiting database

And if you have these qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED. Some college coursework preferred

• Minimum 2 years of staffing and/or recruiting experience

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $57,200 - $85,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
