Senior SharePoint Developer – Build & Lead Enterprise M365 Solutions
Join Day & Zimmermann as a Senior SharePoint Developer and play a key role in transforming how a global enterprise collaborates and operates. In this role, you’ll design and deliver modern SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions that power critical business functions across both cloud and on-prem environments. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to turn complex challenges into scalable, secure applications - while influencing architecture, driving best practices, and helping shape the future of our digital workplace.
As the Sr. SharePoint Developer, here is the work you'll do:
- Design and develop SharePoint solutions and applications, integrating with enterprise systems and third-party products as needed.
- Stay current with emerging SharePoint and web technologies, communicate relevant updates to management, and apply these technologies to develop and deliver effective business solutions.
- Create and support SharePoint sites and solutions, including custom development.
- Manage maintenance for administrative operations of SharePoint servers
- Meet with customers to capture and document business requirements, analyze existing manual processes and communicate back with proposed automated web solutions.
- Mentor and assist junior developers, and business analysts and designers in conceptualizing and implementing SharePoint-based solutions.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- SharePoint 2016 / SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx), C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, React, HTML5 / CSS3, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, CSOM and GitHub Source Control
- Experience with Service Now and Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in building and managing end-to-end solutions, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
And if you have these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required
- 8+ years experience in developing and delivering SharePoint solutions. Required

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $100,960 - $164,060. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
