Job Description: 

We are looking for Temporary, Inventory Specialists to join our SOC team in Hawthorne, NV supporting our Hawthorne Army Depot location!

The Inventory Specialist is a temporary role responsible for conducting detailed inventory tracking and verification across a wide variety of items and facilities during a contract transition period. This role ensures accuracy of records by following established procedures and maintaining meticulous documentation.

 

As an Inventory Specialist, here's the work you will do:

  • Perform Physical Inventory Counts
  • Maintain Detailed and Accurate Inventory Records
  • Follow Inventory Procedures and Instructions
  • Identify, Document, and Report Inventory Discrepancies
  • Assist With Organization, Labeling, and Categorization of Inventory
  • Support Additional Administrative or Operational Inventory Tasks

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Strong Attention to Detail and Ability to Maintain Accurate Records
  • Ability to Follow Detailed Instructions and Standardized Procedures
  • Basic Computer Skills for Data Entry and Inventory System Usage
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team

And these qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Inventory or Warehouse Experience Preferred
  • Real ID required for site access
  • Successful completion of Background Check & Drug Screening Required

 

 

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $22-$25 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
