As the Mechanical Engineer III, here’s the work you’ll do:

  • Develops and monitors project scopes and schedules for applicable discipline. Identifies changes in scope / schedule and their impact, as they occur.
  • Reviews vendor/supplier drawings/documentation
  • Performs assigned tasks, to assist discipline lead.  May lead small to medium sized projects.
  • Prepare data sheets, specifications, calculations, sketches, and diagrams.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Good understanding of engineering principles, terminology and industry practices.
  • Self starter- Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Passed or working on obtaining FE exam and working on obtaining PE.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail oriented

And if you have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering ; Degree must be ABET accredited, or acceptable to the State Board of Engineers for licensure as a professional engineer?
  • 5+ years EPC or equal experience preferred. 
  • Metal Plating and Finishing experience a plus
  • PE preferred; FE Strongly preferred
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening process.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $84,080 - $ 126,120. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
