We’re looking for a full-time, staff Vice President- Modernization to join our Mason & Hanger team.

Responsible for developing and expanding the business in the Military Modernization market segment (specialty group of government clients) to meet the objectives of the firm's business plan. Responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships within the market segment.

  • Establish with supervisor and attain sales goals within the Market Segment.
  • Generate Pipeline, Sales, Backlog and Revenues to attain Gross Margin and Profit goals within Market Segment
  • Initiating, developing and maintaining client relationships within the Market Segment
  • Generating proposals in response to RFP's within the Market Segment
  • Market research, cold calls, analysis to evaluate Market Trends and approprirately position the firm

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling services within the Market Segment; includes developing marketing strategy and tactics to align with company's strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge of the specific market.  This will also include relationships with key decision makers (i.e. owners, clients, strategic alliances) within Market Segment
  • Understanding and application of business and management principles spanning strategic planning, leadership, resources, production, finance and risk.
  • Knowledge of internal project management and production methods and capabilities.  Ability to coordinate people and resources.  Skilled in leadership techniques to motivate and influence others
  • Generalized knowledge of laws, codes, government regulations, politics and policy that can impact the business environment and Market segment

And if you have these qualifications:

  • B.S. In Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience
  • PMP preferred
  • Professional Engineering or Registered Architect preferred
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening process.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.  Prior leadership experience and/or MBA preferred

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $166,960.00- $ 250,440.00 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
