We’re looking for a full-time, staff Senior Director- Operations & Quality Management
As the Senior Director- Operations & Quality Management, here’s the work you’ll do:
- Directs performance as it relates to the production of work in order to achieve organizational goals including establishing, preparing, monitoring, and communicating performance.
- Responsible for the hiring, managing, and overall development of technical department directors and managers including approval of costs related to budgets, expense reports, etc
- Works with VP, Ops to ensure that the organization establishes and optimizes processes, policies and activities that are tailored to the organization’s strategy to achieve its objectives.
- Ensures the organization utilizes project management and project delivery processes that are in accordance with organization’s established policies and objectives.
- Ensures that overall technical staff size is appropriate, in areas of responsibility, for forecasted revenue in order to achieve organizational goals related to profitability and quality.
- Oversight of QA/QC program to include auditing processes, training, monitoring effectiveness of QA/QC pogram with department directors and project managers, identify quality problems or areas for improvement, and recommend improvements
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resources allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of project management and delivery processes for architects, engineering design for delivering projects profitably and creating and meeting quality standards for professional services
- Knowledge of the market sectors in which the organization competes for business
- Effective leadership and management.
- Knowledge of Quality Management processes
And if you have these qualifications:
- B.S. in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management or related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- PMP Preferred
- Regiserted Professional Engineer Preferred
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required. Prior leadership experience and/or MBA preferred
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of drug and background screening process.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $163,680.00 - $ 245,520.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
