Position Description
We’re looking for a full-time, staff Financial Analyst, Yoh to join our Day & Zimmermann team. This position supports the Yoh Finance Manager. This position will be tasked with providing direct financial support by monitoring, researching, and reporting key financial information regarding the unit's operations. The Financial Analyst will act as a business partner whereby key support and analysis are provided as an influential member of Yoh Finance team, including the preparation and review of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This position works closely with the Manager of Finance to develop reports and ad hoc analysis for the group. The Financial Analyst serves as the incentive plans SME, provides overall financial management and control of the calculation, reporting, and analyses of all Yoh commission and bonus plans.
As the Financial Analyst, here’s the work you’ll do:
- Provide accurate and timely analysis and reports to various business partners including, but not limited to, stakeholders, operations, and leadership to help achieve financial goals and KPIs.
- Manage all financial elements of commission and incentive plan calculations, administration, validation, reporting and processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual payments. Requires a thorough understanding of all commissions and incentive plans in order to answer participant inquiries and ensure accurate payouts.
- Support Finance management in connection with planning/forecasting, period closing, and executive presentations.
- Continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and business intelligence to improve efficiencies of Finance team processes.
- Ad hoc financial analysis and projects.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to quickly develop relationships.
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting (GAAP).
- Knowledge of internal/external reporting structures. Experience using SAP and Business Analytic tools preferred (i.e. PowerBI and Analysis for Office).
And if you have these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 year experience.
- Services industry experience preferred.
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of background screening process.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $66,160.00 - $99,240.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
