Position Description

We’re looking for a full-time, staff Finance Manager to join our Yoh team. This is a remote position! The Finance Manager serves as a Business Partner in support of the Director of Finance's Specialty Practices Group and Strategic Accounts which is projected to generate over $300M in revenue (net) in 2024. This position will be responsible for overseeing all financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities for SPG/SA. This includes but is not limited to financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial analysis. The Finance Manager leads various projects/agendas including streamlining financial models and leveraging Business Intelligence initiatives to improve the financial success of the business.  Works closely with the Director of Finance and business leaders on ad hoc analysis.

As the Finance Manager, here’s the work you’ll do:

  • Oversee preparation & publishing of financial and operational reporting including key metrics. Ensure reports are easily understood by key clients, timely, accurate and comprehensive.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business, drivers, and key ongoing projects while providing oversight to Yoh's Finance Management team.  Provide insights into planning/forecasting, period closing, and executive presentations.  Identify opportunities for enhancing financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Lead Business process improvement initiatives as it relates to Yoh transactional finance and reporting activities. Serve as Finance representative on business unit wide and cross functional initiatives.
  • Learn and leverage Business Intelligence tools and technology to partner with business stakeholders and finance team to provide solutions and tools that aid in decision making.  
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and projects.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to quickly develop relationships. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop others. 
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting (GAAP).
  • Knowledge of internal/external reporting structures.  Experience using SAP and Business Analytic tools preferred (i.e. Power Pivot).

And if you have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 year experience.
  • Services industry experience preferred.
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process.

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $104,080.00 - $156,120.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
