Director, Sales Solutions, Yoh
The Director, Sales Solutions, Yoh is responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth by selling solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients. This individual will lead the full sales lifecycle—from discovery and qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation by showcasing DZConneX' s capabilities and building strategic client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying strategic opportunities in the market and executing a targeted sales plan. Perform prospecting and lead generation activities to qualify opportunities. Conduct client discovery to understand hiring challenges and align DZConneX’s solutions to client needs. Lead RFIs/RFPs in partnership with the Proposal Manager and deliver compelling presentations that convey DZConneX’s value proposition in solutions.
- Develop solution-oriented proposals and business cases for solutions, gain executive sponsorship and buy-in, and drive deal closure. Negotiate pricing and contract terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Own all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline development, CRM activity tracking, and forecasting. Maintain high standards for accuracy, process consistency, and client responsiveness.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the market, talent acquisition trends, and industry dynamics across key sectors (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, technology, higher education). Share insights with internal teams and leverage thought leadership to engage prospects.
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Proven success in RPO or MSP and EOR sales or talent solutions sales with strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle
- Demonstrated consultative sales skills and ability to tailor messaging to C-level audiences Strong business acumen and ability to translate workforce challenges into actionable RPO or MSP and EOR solutions
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma or General Education Degree - Required
- Bachelopr's Degree in Arts / Sciences (BA / BS) - Preferred
- Six plus years of RPO or MSP and EOR sales or staffing sales experience, with demonstrated sucess in new business development

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $86,720 - $130,080. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
