Job Summary

The Developer, Salesforce & Application Architecture Support will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions within the Salesforce platform, while also supporting integration and data workflows across systems. This position will serve as a hands-on technical contributor with an architectural mindset—helping to align custom development with long-term system strategy in a lean, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow Builder, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), in close partnership with system admins. including the development of custom Copilot Skills and prompt-driven user experiences using Einstein Copilot Studio. 25%
  • Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance on Salesforce object model design, automation strategies, and best practices for custom development. 25%
  • Collaborate with internal dev team and business analysts to support integration efforts, including creation of API specs, config workbooks, and data transformation logic. 20%
  • Assist in maintaining technical documentation, solution diagrams, and governance models that enable future scalability and maintainability. 15%
  • Assist with handling user based tickets as needed; Support individual team members effort to uplevel platform knowledge and build shared ownership of scalable design 15%

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flow)
  • Familiarity with platform architecture principles, scalable data models, and integration design
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and declarative vs. programmatic decision-making
  • Experience collaborating on API integrations and translating platform needs into technical specifications
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) IT or Computer Science Preferred
  • 4+ years Technical experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce development Required
  • Experience working in lean teams, and comfort with mixed responsibilities across dev and strategy; Experience with the Einstein for Sales and Analytics and Data Cloud; Familiarity with Einstein Copilot Studio (Prompt Builder, Skill Builder, and Copilot Builder) or similar low-code AI agent platforms. Preferred

 

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $80,640- $120,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
