As the Director of HR Operations and Compliance, here’s the work you’ll do:
- Work closely with VP of HR to formulate policies and processes, while driving process transformation through automation and innovative technology solutions.
- Implement and maintain metrics and people-related data to inform key decisions.
- Provide training, support, and continuous assessment of processes to facilitate broad adoption and optimize user experience.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive HR compliance program, including identifying potential areas of HR compliance vulnerability and risk.
- Establish and maintain an audit schedule to systematically monitor key HR processes including but not limited to SCA wage and benefit administration.
- Create and maintain SCA compliance policies and procedures ensuring proper and timely adoption.
- Collaborate with Legal on expatriate agreements, accounting for host country laws and regulations.
- Lead the design and deployment of a digital record management system, orchestrating the transition of offline processes – such as counseling and disciplinary actions – into standardized and secure digital workflows.
- Spearhead the centralization of employee records.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- Proven expertise in leveraging HR tech to enhance compliance and operational efficiency
- Labor Relations experience is a plus
- Broad understanding of employment law and compliance, compensation, benefits, and policy and procedure development
- Proven ability to operate in a geographically dispersed organization, while leading complex projects with thorough communication and change management processes
And if you have these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in human resources or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience (at least 5yrs of federal contracting experience with global operations)
- Subject matter expertise in SCA compliance
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and strong interpersonal/relationship building skills
- Successful completion of drug and background screening process
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $128,880.00 - $ 193,320.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
