Position Description

We’re looking for a full-time, staff Business Systems Analyst II, Sales & Marketing to join our Yoh team. This position reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to identify, create, and configure sales & marketing systems solutions that support overall business strategies in Yoh. The Business Systems Analyst II documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system enhancements, development, and implementation. This position functions as a liaison between IT and users and has both technical and business expertise. The Business Systems Analyst II must be familiar with marketing and sales operations, with a preference for someone with experience in a professional services industry.

As the Business Systems Analyst II, Sales & Marketing, here’s the work you’ll do:

  • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates current sales & marketing systems and processes. Ensures proper systems and system configurations exist to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
  • Identifies user training needs. Collaborates with training teams to ensure systems users are properly trained and equipped on best-practices to achieve business objectives.
  • Partners with IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Business Analytics teams to ensure accuracy of data and data flow.
  • Facilitates task forces on projects involving systems changes.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary internal customer-service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as detail-oriented.
  • Experience working with cloud-based marketing and sales software.
  • Able to prioritize workload and advise on the work priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and nurture a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively present information to internal key executives.

And if you have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS). Minor in IT related field.
  • 3+ years experience supporting sales and marketing operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional services industry.
  • Ability to travel if needed 10%
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process.

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $68,480.00 - $102,720.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
