Resource Manager
DZConneX is seeking a Resource Manager to join our team in Audubon, PA. This is a hybrid role with flexibility in the number of on-site days required. As a Resource Manager with DZConneX, you will provide vendor management and human resource services at customer site, and recruiting support at the customer site. The Resource Manager will professionally and accurately represent DZConneX as the main point of contact for the client and contract employees as well as develops relationships between clients and on-site contractors. The Resource Manager also utilizies pro-active recruiting techniques and will will carry a full desk to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Works with contractors to resolve any issues with performance or employment.
Handle terminations, and exit interviews, and coordinate recognition for outstanding
performance with the client as requested. Serves as the first line of communication
and conflict resolution to our on-site contractors and facilitates issues/concerns for
our clients. Educates contractors on Yoh/Client policies and procedures, researches
issues regarding contractor pay, benefits, and time entry - Works with clients to ensure that the requisition process runs smoothly, including
communicating the needs of the client to various suppliers. Works with client to
clarify job specifications in order to fulfillo client needs - Maintains vendor and client relationships and resolves issues as they arise.
- Operates proficiently in filling various types of jobs including sourcing, pipelining,
screening, interview prep, and offer. Maintains an ongoing pipeline of relevant passive
and active relationships with exceptional talent to lessen time-to-fill and to increase
quality of job fills. - Demonstrates a high aptitude toward influencing desireed outcomes through
negotiation and candidate/client control - Participates in creation of sourcing strategy by recommending ideas to satisfy client
requirements.
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- HR and Business acumen
- An understanding of and at least 2 years in the staffing industry, preferably in a client onsite
staffing or HR setting - Processes knowledge of full lifecyce recruiting components
- Knowledge of leading search practices
Minimum Qualifications
- One to three years of experience plus years of staffing and recruiting experience preferred
- VMS experience preferred

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $54,960 - $82,440. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
