Position Description

We’re looking for a full-time, staff Analyst, IT Business Systems, YOH, to join the Day & Zimmermann team located in Philadelphia, PA. The Analyst, IT Business Systems will be responsible for partnering with key business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and vendors to deliver advanced, digital transformation solutions for the Yoh business. This work will include responsibilities for system analysis and design, programming of custom code, database management, data analysis, robotic process automation, and API integration support.

 

As the Analyst, IT Business Systems, Yoh, here’s the work you’ll do: 

  • Support design and oversight of application and data integration development (to include APIs) in partnership with internal and outsourced resources
  • Design, build, implement, support, and manage custom programming using an object-oriented language such as JavaScript to assist with driving improved user experiences and data accuracy
  • Design, build, implement, support, and manage data and process automation solutions in partnership with internal and external resources to drive business efficiency and accuracy (to include the use of UI Path, Automation Anywhere, and/or Power Automate)
  • Support data analytic and reporting efforts through data extraction, data structure/validation and advanced analysis
  • Support and maintain optimized relational databases with a keen eye on data security and accuracy

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • SQL query and data analysis capabilities
  • Technical knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and API integrations
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team and to manage multiple projects

 

And if you have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred, but not required
  • 3+ years of technical experience

 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $66,160 - $ 99,240 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
